ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is the IT company which develops the leading traffic management information system for traffic enforcement monitoring and control in the Russian Federation. The customer’s software is installed in 55 regional Traffic Safety Inspectorates in Russia and CIS countries.
GOAL
To engage visitors into an interactive demonstration of the software “Potok Plus” which aims vehicle detection during the exhibition “Road 2019”. Targeted audience are regional ministers of Transport Departments and the heads of regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Offices of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of Russia.

SOLUTION

A game has been developed in Virtual Reality. The user has to find and capture the wanted vehicles in the traffic flow on his own.

DESCRIPTION

The game has three challenging levels. The user successfully completed the task in the first two levels. There is an extra stage where “Potok Plus” allows to find and record all the vehicles spanning 360 degrees at once. The third level implies inevitable loss after which there is a showreel proving that “Potok Plus” is effective even in more difficult cases.

VISITORS ENGAGEMENT

Virtual reality glasses are required to be able to play this game. Motion controllers are also used for interaction. We have chosen the Samsung Odyssey headset. The game process is broadcasted on a separate display in real-time.

OUTCOME

The customer’s stand draw visitors’ attention and was in top-popular stands among other 340 Russian and international exhibitors. Virtual reality technology has added the required interactivity to the event. The customer succeeded in product demonstration and managed to obtain the contact details of potential customers.
